For Organisations
Today

Finding the right retreat venue in Lapland takes time. We do the research and narrow it down for you.

Hybrid and remote work bring flexibility, but often at a hidden cost: weaker connection, slower alignment, and team isolation. When work and home life blur, collaboration feels harder and shared direction fades. An intentional offsite is no longer just a luxury — it is a practical tool to rebuild focus, trust, and shared priorities.

🔥
Leaders see higher engagement after teams meetA large majority of C-suite leaders report noticeably higher engagement levels after employees take part in company gatherings — a direct, observable effect rather than a theoretical one.
💬
Offsites reshape how teams collaborateA 2025 study found that corporate offsites help people better understand who knows what, strengthen interpersonal connections, and create new collaboration opportunities — effects that continue after the team returns to work.
🤝
Corporate travelers prefer face-to-face meetingsA significant majority of corporate travelers believe in-person meetings are more effective than online communication for meaningful professional connection.
⚠️
Remote isolation is a growing organisational riskRemote workers report a marked increase in feelings of isolation — directly affecting creativity, collaboration and long-term commitment to the organisation.

Real connection is hard to build through screens alone. Spending intentional time together in Lapland brings measurable benefits to your organisation:

Stronger Working Relationships — Build the deep trust that pixels cannot replicate.

Clearer Strategic Alignment — Get everyone moving in the same direction.

Smoother Collaboration — Easier teamwork once your people return to daily work.

Stronger Retention — Teams that feel valued are less likely to leave. An offsite is a visible investment in the people you want to keep.

Space for Big Ideas — Dedicated room for conversations that rarely happen in back-to-back online meetings.

A Setting That Changes
How Teams Think

🌍
Lonely Planet · Best in Travel 2026

Finland has been named one of the world’s top 25 must-visit destinations for 2026 — recognised for its deep connection to nature, sauna culture (UNESCO heritage), and what Lonely Planet calls “finding happiness in wild places.”

Finnish Lapland — with its Northern Lights, Arctic wilderness and authentic cultural experiences — is at the heart of this recognition.

Silence. Space. Clean air. A sense of distance from everyday noise.

Finnish Lapland offers something few destinations in Europe can — a natural environment where teams slow down, focus more clearly, and reconnect without distraction.

Away from cities and constant input, conversations become more open, decisions more considered, and collaboration more natural.

This is not about location alone. It’s about creating the right conditions for meaningful work together.

🏔️ A Selection of Lapland’s Most Suitable Retreat Venues

Across Lapland, retreat environments vary — from easily accessible Arctic hubs to more remote wilderness locations. Some settings offer smooth arrivals, full-service comfort, and a balanced mix of nature and convenience. Others provide deeper seclusion — vast landscapes, fewer interruptions, and a stronger sense of stepping away from everyday operations.

What they share is what matters:

  • ✓  Space to think without pressure
  • ✓  Environments that naturally bring people closer
  • ✓  Experiences that create shared perspective

Each retreat is matched to your team’s goals, pace, and preferred level of comfort.

💫 Why Teams Remember Lapland

There is a reason teams talk about Lapland long after they return. It’s the contrast.

Cold air and warm fire. Silence and conversation. Wide open landscapes and focused thinking.

Days spent outdoors — exploring, moving, and sharing new experiences. Evenings slowing down — often around a table, or in a traditional Finnish sauna, where conversations shift naturally from surface-level to real.

These shared moments build something that structured meetings rarely do: clarity, trust, and a stronger sense of direction.

Questions Teams
Usually Ask

Why use you instead of contacting a hotel directly?

If you contact hotels yourself, you have to send dozens of emails, repeat your requirements over and over, and waste days trying to compare completely different offers. We cut through that noise and save your time:

  • Tell us once. You explain your team’s goals and budget to us just one time.
  • Smart comparison. We filter the options and give you a clean, easy-to-read shortlist of venues that actually work.
  • Direct booking. You still get direct quotes and pay the venues directly — with zero extra markups.

Think of us as your trusted local partner. We do the heavy lifting and guiding, so you can focus on your team.

What does your service cost us?

Absolutely nothing.

You deal directly with the venue and pay them directly. We are paid a referral fee by the venue only if you decide to book through our recommendation. This fee comes out of the venue’s marketing budget, meaning it does not change or increase the price you pay.

You get local expertise and a tailored shortlist completely free of charge.

Our team is spread across several countries. Can you help with travel?

Flights are booked by you, so you keep full control of routes, schedules and budgets. Local transfer options can be discussed directly with your chosen venue, which can advise you on available local transport providers.

How do we know the team can actually get work done?

Meeting space and connectivity matter as much as the setting. We verify workspace, connectivity and quiet areas before recommending a venue, so you know what you’re getting before you commit.

Many of our team have never been to the Arctic. What should they bring?

Lapland winters are cold but straightforward with the right layers: a thermal base layer, an insulating mid-layer, a windproof outer shell, plus warm boots, gloves, hat and wool socks.

For outdoor activities such as husky or snowmobile safaris, thermal overalls and boots are normally provided by the activity operator.

Will our devices and chargers work in Finland?

Finland uses the European two-pin plug (Type C/F) at 230V, 50Hz. Colleagues travelling from within the EU can use their own chargers directly.

Teams coming from the UK will need a simple travel adapter — but no voltage converter, as UK and Finnish voltage is the same.
